If the post office returns my package to you, will I be charged additional shipping to have it reshipped?
In the event your package is returned to us as unclaimed, undeliverable as addressed, attempted not known, etc. by the post office, you will be responsible for us to reship your package. If you wish to cancel your order due to this occurrence, you will only be refunded for the cost of the purchase price as we do not reimburse shipping charges. Unfortunately, we incur the shipping costs for outgoing packages and if they are returned to us in this manner, we incur additional charges for the return of your package to us.
How can I change my order after it is submitted?
If you have sent your order, call customer service immediately at 1-800-901-1163 during business hours or send a detailed email from our Contact Us help page and we will try our best to work with you in the changes needed to be made. You must provide your order number and/or name used for billing. *Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders.
How can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you have sent your order, call customer service immediately at 1-800-901-1163 during business hours to cancel your order. *Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to cancel. What happens when I refuse an order ?
In the event the delivery is refused by your household or business, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee. Unfortunately, when a delivery is refused, we are charged shipping charges by the carrier for the initial shipment to you, and then charged again for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Both shipping charges will be deducted from your initial order as well as 20% of the order subtotal as a restocking fee. The remainder of the order will then be refunded to your credit card or paypal account.
I entered a promotional code but it is not working.

Can I track/trace USPS First Mail?
According to the post office: According to the post office: Letter or packages sent via regular (First-Class Mail™) mail cannot be tracked or traced based on name and address. Due to the large volume of mail moving through the Postal system each day, it is impossible to trace a single piece of regular, or First-Class, mail.
